Seven Stars Bold Black

セブンスター・ボールド・ブラック

セブンスター・ボールド・ブラック launched on 13 May 2022 at 18 mg and 1.7 mg, the highest tar figure in the brand’s history as a current product, and a deliberate move away from the low-tar direction the rest of the range took in 2014.

Its distribution history is the more interesting fact. JT released it through CLUB JT’s online shop only — not through vending machines, not through ordinary tobacconists. Wikipedia records that it reached physical stores nationwide, but only partially and only from mid-January 2026, alongside the Menthol Solid White. So for roughly three and a half years this cigarette existed as an internet order.

Format is left undescribed here on purpose. JT’s product table lists yields, count and price for it but says nothing about the packaging, and no source used here describes it.

At 18 mg it delivers more tar than any Peace in the archive, on a brand whose 1 mg and 4 mg variants were both discontinued. The range spans from withdrawn sub-1 mg to this in twelve years.

Rating

None yet. All three axes are zero, which the site reads as “not rated” rather than as a score of nought, so the rankings table shows a dash until somebody writes them.
