Peace Aroma Infinity

ピース・アロマ・インフィニティ

ピース・アロマ・インフィニティ was the long cigarette that held Peace’s premium end for eighteen years. It launched in October 2006 and JT withdrew it in December 2024.

It was also called the D-spec, and JT renamed it at launch. The name referred to the adjustable filter: a groove cut into the filter tip with a dam, so smoke and air flow could be varied by turning it. When it went national the company renamed the mechanism across its own range to AFT — Advanced Filter Technology — for consistency, calling the filter the CVD filter after that.

The filter is charcoal. The format is 100’s, the same 100 mm length class as The Peace, which makes this the other long Peace in the line and the source of much confusion between the two.

Discontinued, and not for a stated reason. Recorded here because an archive’s job is to note what existed and when it stopped: JT withdrew this, Peace Aroma Royal and Peace Aroma Crown together in December 2024, which removed the entire long and 100’s end of the Peace range at a stroke.
